The On Purpose Circle

When you join the On Purpose Circle, you're joining an ongoing group coaching experience designed to help you actively and intentionally work on the things you want to create, change, or move forward in your life, work, and business. 

Group Coaching 

You'll have weekly live coaching and collaboration with me in a group, where you can bring your decisions, challenges, ideas, goals, mindset, and whatever is getting in the way. We'll work through what's happening in real time so you can get clearer, make decisions, and keep moving. 

Private Community

You'll have access to our private online community, where you can ask questions, share what you're working through, celebrate progress, and stay connected with other growth-oriented women between our live calls.

Your Life, On Purpose™ Program

🌟 When you join, you'll receive immediate access to the complete Your Life, On Purpose (YLOP) curriculum. 

YLOP gives you the foundational path to explore what you want, recognize the beliefs and patterns that may be getting in your way, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and begin making more intentional choices about how you want to live, work, love, and lead.

You can move through the curriculum at your own pace and bring anything it uncovers directly into our weekly coaching. It’s also a bit like an AMA (ask me anything) space—so whatever comes up for you as you go through it, you can bring it in and we’ll work with it together.

The course gives you the foundation. The Circle gives you a place to practice it, apply it to your real life situations, and the community keeps you moving forward—with support. 💃

This experience is designed to support your life, not overwhelm it.

The weekly coaching call is one hour a week, plus engagement in the community as needed to support you. 

You can tailor your level of participation based on where you're at.

If you dedicate time to the Your Life, On Purpose program curriculum, most women find that 1–2 hours per week is enough to create meaningful momentum. 

Calls are weekly on Wednesdays at 10am PT for one hour. Replays are available inside the community. 

Adjustments to the schedule may occur depending on holidays, events, etc. 

The coaching calls are a place to bring real life:

Questions.
Challenges.
Decisions.
Goals.

Patterns you're noticing.

Things you're working through.

And celebrations! 🦁

Some weeks you'll receive coaching directly. Other weeks, you'll learn through listening to other women being coached and supported. Both are incredibly valuable.

That's okay! Life happens. We all get that. 

All coaching calls are recorded and available inside the community, so you can watch or listen whenever it works for you. 

Live attendance is encouraged because there's something powerful about being in the room—receiving coaching, learning from other women, and contributing your own perspective.

Your presence matters. Your perspective adds something to the circle. You're missed when you're not there.

If you're here, you probably already know a lot about personal and spiritual growth. Like me, you're reading books, listening to podcasts, doing meditations and other things to keep you centered and grounded. You're having breakthroughs. Learning about your patterns. You may even know exactly what you should do.

What I know to be true is that when it's time to move forward on something you've wanted for a long time, your brain will try to keep you in the comfortable, familiar places. Which is incredibly uncomfortable!  

That's where practice comes in.

Practice is noticing the old story when it gets loud—and choosing whether you still want to believe it.

It's setting the boundary, even when it feels uncomfortable.

It's making the decision without needing everyone else to agree.

It's saying what you want out loud.

It's taking the step before you feel completely ready.

And sometimes, it's doing the thing exactly the way you always have, noticing it afterward, and deepening your understanding of it, rather than beating yourself up about it.

We're not expected to master any of this. We're here to practice it.

Practice makes progress.

Bring what's happening in your actual life to the circle. We'll work with it together. Then you'll take what you discover back into your life or business, try something, see what happens, learn from it, and come back again.

Self-trust, courage, boundaries, confidence, and moving in uncertainty aren't things you overcome once and call it done.

They're capacities you strengthen by doing them.

Practice is HOW what you know and learn becomes how you live.

As a woman-centered facilitator trained in transformational group dynamics, I hold this space with deep intention and skill.

Inside this circle, you'll learn how to belong, not by fitting in, but by being yourself. For you to get to KNOW yourself, LOVE yourself, and TRUST yourself. That's what we're building here.

It's one of my superpowers to help you feel welcomed and included. But you can always reach out for one-on-one support if that's what you need right now.

I don't want you to just think of it a coaching group—it’s a living practice ground for how women can safely, powerfully, and authentically be themselves. 

Some of us have internalized fears of being judged, left out, or unseen. In this space, it my intention for you to experience something different: safety, support, and sacred connection.

✨ Here, the group itself becomes part of your transformation.

I've had women tell me they are so uncomfortable in groups but joined my groups anyway. Fast forward and they are now running their own groups, teaching workshops, and facilitating transformation themselves! 

Great question—because you know I love mentoring twenty-somethings who are ON THE RISE. 

The women in the Circle may span different ages and stages of business. Some are building something new. Others are growing, evolving, or reinventing what they've already created.

What connects us is that we know what we want to create—and we're committed to moving it forward.

We're women who want our businesses to support the lives we want to live, trust ourselves as we make decisions, and keep taking meaningful action toward what matters.

Different ages. Different businesses. Different goals. Shared commitment to creating them.

Many women who join have read the books, attended workshops, listened to podcasts, and invested in their growth for years. Same as me.

This is the place to come and get support applying what you already know, exploring concepts deeper, and getting new perspective. 

It's having a dedicated space to share what you're learning, apply what you already know with support, and have someone like me guiding you to your own understanding. It makes all the difference!

The women who get the most from this community are the women who participate. 

While every woman's journey is different, here are several examples of what my clients have accomplished through this work:

Your membership is month-to-month and you may cancel at any time. If you leave and choose to rejoin later, you'll rejoin at the current rate.

You'll continue to have access to the private community and weekly coaching calls through the remainder of your billing period.

The course access is yours to keep (for as long as I host it on the platform). I know it's something you'll want to revisit.
